Coweta Commission on Veterans Affairs

$1,000 Through our general grants process, a grant was awarded for costs associated with honoring over 20 Coweta servicemen who were killed in the Vietnam War and for the displaying of “The Wall That Heals.”

 

Masterworks Chorale

$1,000 Through our general grants process, a grant was awarded towards the preparations for their upcoming performance at Lincoln Center in New York City.

 

Bridging The Gap

$750 Through our general grants process, a grant was awarded to assist in the stocking of empty food shelves in an effort to help feed over 800 families each week.

 

Cochran Mill Nature Center

$750 Through our general grants process, a grant was awarded to purchase summer camp supplies to further environmental education for Coweta students.

 

Newnan Community Theater

$500 Through our general grants process, a grant was awarded for costs associated with developing “Murder in Coweta County: The Play.”
