A very vital part of the Foundation’s Mission is to make grants that enhance the living conditions and environment for the citizens of our county. Grant applications are distributed upon request of an organization by contacting the Foundation. Each grant request is reviewed by the Foundation's Grant Committee which meets on an as needed basis. The Grant Committee then presents the grant to the full board for review. The Grant Committee and/or board may request additional information or will approve or decline the request using the guidelines for grant making as found in our mission and by-laws. Applicants should review the areas of interest funds prior to applying. All applicants will receive notification of the board's decision with respect to the grant within 30 days of the application.
